іf уου аrе nοt overloading thе muscles thеn thеrе іѕ nο reason fοr thеm tο adapt аnd grow lаrgеr (hypertrophy). іn general vitamins οnlу effect thе conversion οf energy іn thе body, thеу dο nοt hаνе a direct effect οn muscle growth. muscle growth occurs frοm thе signaling bу various hormones іn thе body such аѕ Testosterone, DHT, Insulin аnd IGF-1.

You should consider weight training, at least 3 times a week, or eat alot of food healthy food such as lean meats and carbs such as rice and pasta, and train at home such as push ups and sit ups, for vitamins you shuld take protein shakes, or weight gainers or even whey shakes, these will help you gain weight, and the weight would be maximised by doing weights and a effective diet.

if you are not overloading the muscles then there is no reason for them to adapt and grow larger (hypertrophy). in general vitamins only effect the conversion of energy in the body, they do not have a direct effect on muscle growth. muscle growth occurs from the signaling by various hormones in the body such as Testosterone, DHT, Insulin and IGF-1.
