Move Out Of The Gym And Into A World Class Body…
Without Supplements Or Steroids Guaranteed!”

By Vince DelMonte

Let’s face it. You’re tired.

Tired of filling your body with mysterious supplements that do nothing except make you bloated and sick.

Tired of busting your ass in the gym 6 days a week, only to find you’re the same size you were last month.

Tired of watching other guys work out half as much and get twice as big.

I know. Because I was once there too. I was your typical 149 pound weakling.

But then I uncovered something so powerful, it changed my life forever!

Was it dangerous steroids that destroys your liver?  Heck no, this means you are going to build massive muscle the natural way without jabbing yourself.

Was it with expensive supplements to run your wallet dry?  Forget it, this means you’ll still have money to spend on the ladies that will suddenly be giving you more attention!

Was it by setting up a tent in the gym and living there?  No way, this means you work out less, achieve more and have freedom to live your life the way you want!

After stumbling upon a savior who taught me all the long lost secrets to instantly adding massive amounts of rock-hard muscle to your frame, I shot up to an impressive 190 pounds of rock-solid, ripped muscle mass in under 6 months…and then went on to become a national fitness model champion!

I am down right disgusted with the billion dollar supplement industry lying to you!  They promise hardgainers dramatic results but the only thing you gain is an empty wallet.

And now I am finally revealing all of my secrets in this new Hardgainers Success Kit called, No Nonsense Muscle Building, Skinny Guy Secrets To Insane Muscle Gain.

These advanced, mega-powerful muscle building secrets are not found in the pages of bodybuilding magazines or free bodybuilding websites or from the trainer at your gym. These insider nutrition and training techniques are not casually discovered on your own. You need a guide who has been there…done that…

I will be your own personal muscle building coach, guide you by the hand, and direct you through the lousy advice, marketing B.S., hype, fads and gimmicks…and help you in mastering your body to peak physical performance, pack on clean muscle mass, and finally get the world class physique you have been dreaming of.

Don’t even think about buying any more supplements, resorting to drugs or giving up until you read my revealing, no-holds barred muscle building report… Click Here to Read It Now!

Are supplements(such as pills) a good choice for body building?

Friday, July 30th, 2010

Should i try supplements or just stick with natural body building?

You shouldn’t really need it, to be honest. But you could use a whey protein supplement immediately after working out. It helps repair your muscles, meaning no ache and all gain. It’s bad for your kidneys and liver if you don’t drink water, though. I suggest you have it with water (not milk) so it can get easily processed.

Do not take testosterone boosters. They cause more harm in the long run. (IE: your body becomes dependent on them, and might produce less testosterone when you’re done).

I suggest you find a very low-dose zinc supplement, though. And eat loads of broccoli and cauliflower. The zinc helps produce more/healthy testosterone naturally, so it won’t have any down-sides in the long run. As for broccoli and cauliflower, they both contain decent amounts of DIM, which helps release testosterone that have been bound to estrogen so it can have it’s full effect. I suggest NOT taking the supplement for DIM, though.

Tuesday, July 20th, 2010

friends, i am going gym for last 2 years…however i got some results but they are not appreciable.some people said me to take creatine, glutomine and bca etc. but i believed to be natural..
and now i have left gym because from last few months i am feeling great tiredness when i come home from college.. (i used to go gym in the morning)…. please suggest me diet i should intake? and should i buy these suppliments….. i want very good physique…i want to try for competitions also, please suggest

hello, i faced the same thing with tiredness, because i used to go to the gym from jan 2008 – dec 2009, i would go everyday for 5-7hours, running and free weights. i became really tired, and became really lazy. but what i found out was, i was tired of the ssame routine, maybe you shoud change your routine, also after a day hard work, enjoy a 30min hot spa or bath. to relax and ease your muscles. but also, dont take any steroids, what u can use is a type of high protein. and take it with your water :) hope this helped, also remember to have a rest through out a period of time.

Is there a natural physic that is good for body building?

Saturday, June 19th, 2010

I was talking to a muscle head personal trainer and he looked at me and said that I have a perfect body to start body building. He said that because I had a longer torso with not too much belly fat, longer arms and broad shoulders + I am quite tall therefore meant I had a good physic for body building.

Naturally I have very strong but is there a correlation between my attributes and my strength. Also was he just trying to make me hire him or is there an actual physic that is good for body building? If so please name what you think it is.

Thanks

Additional info: I am 6ft 2, 89kg, 16 years of age and male.

One thing this person may have noted about you is a natural strength. Strength is very important in body building as the heavier weight you can lift, the more muscle fibres will split under strain (which is what you want!) and promote growth. If your long arms and broad shoulders give you a natural strength advantage, then yes, I would say you are well placed to begin body building. The only way to know for sure is to get started and make sure you stick to a good clean diet and lifting plan.

Shorter and more stocky people will look bigger faster due to the size of their muscles making them seem packed onto their frame. But on a taller person your limbs are longer, which means you won’t get this muscle-bound apearance as fast. However, in the long run you will tower over and appear much larger and stronger than those of shorter physiques.

Good luck!

Muscle Building Feel Good Foods, Have You Got it Cracked?

Friday, May 21st, 2010

What you ingest in your muscle building plan will not only assist you in developing your muscles but will also affect your mental well being.

The more cholesterol that a bodybuilder consumes, the better the muscle gain is – proven by a study conducted by Texas A&M University. The researchers of the study believe that the cholesterol from eggs aids muscle repair so that every resting period between workouts enables the muscles recover faster and grow stronger quicker. Specifically it is the yellow part of the egg, having high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (good cholesterol) that will assist you in your muscle building endeavors.

Hummus is high in protein and fibre, it provides a slow sustained release of energy into your blood stream and muscles helping you avoid blood sugar fluctuations. Snacking regularly on hummus topped rice cakes will give you a balanced mood and the determination to stick to your fitness plan.

Whilst oranges are well known for their vitamin properties, they also contain inositol. Inositol regulates and maintains the body’s insulin levels which will result in fewer mood swings and promotes a feeling of well being and peace. This fruit will also reduce blood cholesterol and breakdown the useless fats in your body which will assist in the development of your muscles.

Cauliflower is high in Vitamin C, which will give you a feeling of well being and feeds your muscles with energy boosting iron, be careful not to overcook all of the goodness out of your cauliflower or you will lose all of that muscle building goodness. Steam for a maximum of five minutes.

Butter beans contain dopamine which will give you a feeling of motivation and pleasure. Blend with a spoonful of mild mustard and some olive oil for a tasty dip.

Butternut squash is very high in zinc which promotes the healthy growth of nerve cells and fights depression. A great energy booster that is very tasty and easy to prepare. Peel, chop and roast just like a potato.

The liquorice root contains glycyrrhizin, often referred to as a natural steroid because it helps the body deal with stress. A bag of liquorice sweets can do wonders for your energy levels. Motivational sweets, what more could you ask for!

All of this doesn’t mean that sitting around scoffing liquorice and cauliflower omelets all day will give you huge muscles, the key is to maximize these feel good food tips with your muscle training.
