is createin dangerous to load even for bodybulding?

It’s not dangerous, just make sure you are drinking extra water or there is a small chance that you might have some muscle cramping.

The main problem with creatine is that it won’t do as much for you as they claim. You would be much better off shifting your workout away from bodybuilding style isolation exercises and going for a compound lift program instead. Check out Mark Rippetoe’s program. Also you need to eat, a LOT. Don’t worry about getting fat, you can always cut later.

How much should a 14 year old male be able to bench Press?

I am 14 years old. I am 5′10" and weigh 157 pounds. I recently got into weightlifting and i might want to progress into bodybulding as i get older. I can bench 95 pounds for 8 reps then i feel strain on my muscles and i can push harder and get to 10 reps. I can do 2-3 sets of this then i can barely bench for a few minutes. I muscular on my arms but average for my chest. Is that good for my age and size? I can probly go higher weight for less reps.

dude thats very good! my sophomore year i could only max out at 135 and after a year of really trying to raise it i made it to the 230 lbs mark! In my training book i teach to other if you can do 10 reps of a certain weight just one time (one set) that means you are at 75% of your max! so try doing that and you will see where your max is at I’m guessing around the 130 lbs mark and it could be higher than that! which isn’t bad at all…
I have a friend that was just as thin as you were freshmen year and BAM by the time we were seniors he was squatting 400 lbs! May sound unbelievable but i saw it! lets just hope you have the genetics for a bodybuilder and you will get that strong as well!
