yeah i read your first post again, you’re absolutely right, bb is all about the physique’s LOOK not how it performs at throwing or kung fu fightin lol.

  23. Shonaripa Says:

    oh yes absolutely, …
oh yes absolutely, they do have good corestrength, but I am saying about real life movements, throwing, pulling or punching etc. True though what you said about for instance tricep pulldowns on unstable table. But bodybuilders want first and foremost musclemass rathe rthan strength or whatever, doing those type of exercises u mentioned wouldnt benefit a bb as much if they would stick to the usual bb exercises.

  24. ramzevans Says:

    nah, tricep …
nah, tricep pulldowns on a unstable table, squats without a belt, fitball excercises and crunches/lower back excercises galore. Any bodybuilder can incorporate that into his/her routine with amazing results. All power starts from the core, so essentially by using free weights especially, bodybuilders can have incredible core strength

  25. Shonaripa Says:

    bodybuilders don’t …
bodybuilders don’t have corestrength, only have the type of corestrength for what they do but not for real life movements such as in sports. No performance athlete efficiency, they can’t punch or throw push throw things as good, unless they do some other sport also that incorporates those things
