Also need to work on you lats , get more width , then you would see dramatic improvements in your physique and chances of doing well in the competition

according to the accu-measure bodyfat tester I’m 9.5% but I don’t put a lot of faith in bodyfat percentage. The main thing is what you look like. After all on stage that’s all that matters, the judges just go by what you look like, it’s not like they go and measure your bodyfat percentage

His mucles are big but it looks like there is a layer of fat on top of everything. He needs to lose some of it so that his mucles are more defined
