Good Video. … Good Video. Building muscle can be difficult and time consuming if you are a hard gainer. I struggled for so long to add mass and muscle to my body, i worked my butt off at the gym and saw no noticable results. I was introduced to vince delmontes no nonsense muscle building and it changed my whole perspective on working out. I gained 25 pounds in a few months. Check the link on my profile to visit my website and learn how to gain muscle today. Please don’t mark as spam i am trying to help

It … @crymetyme39990
It says, to go from one set to the next set (of the next exercise), and once you finished them all, pause 1 to 2 minute, then repeat again. If after the second round you feel for more, “go for it”! (I couldn’t do a third, but will try today again, haha!)
I tried it … I tried it yesterday, planning 3 or 4 sets. HA! After 2 I thought “ehh… lets continue tomorrow” hahaha!
It’s a good muscle AND cardio workout, and I will keep doing it. I felt good on cardio AND my muscles feel like they really worked hard. Just follow as they say in the video, I do it. In a couple of weeks lets see how good it was, but I am positive about.
Only ?? don’t be … Only ?? don’t be ridiculous , this is useless for bodybuilding, if you want mass you do as heavy as possible as little as possible and with as little time consumend in the gym as possible, most professionals would reccomend no more than 8 Total per workout sets
this looks kinda … this looks kinda week… i was looking for some advanced home training workout since I find these exercises easy to do and they don’t really do much anymore for me.
and one more thing … and one more thing , on the long term , is this training system as useful as training in gym ? sure its healthier , but gives similar results too ?
