Bodybuilding supplements and tips
Going over some of the supplements I take, and giving my opinion on them and some tips.
*Update*
I am a personal trainer, I have plenty of certifications to prove it, and I have been bodybuilding for years…If you are ignorant enough to try to argue with me on the fact that you can lose bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time, do your research online before posting on this video. There are two exceptions to this rule, if your on steroids, or if you just started working out for the first time in your life, for everyone else, it is impossible.

no lol…don’t gain that much weight that fast dude, if you do alot of it will be fat. you shouldnt be gaining more than a pound or two per week or else you are gaining a lot of fat. Just buy yourself a good weight gainer!

I have weighed …
I have weighed 144.2 for 2 months and have been taking 6 star creatine and eating at least 2 eggs with every meal and working out 5 days a week and jogging 2 miles two times a week, and its very hard for me to gain weight, do you know what the best supplement to be taking is? I would like to weight at least 190 within 5 months, is that possible?

I wouldnt take …
I wouldnt take muscle milk before or after my workout personally. I don’t like muscle milk, but if I had to drink it the best time would be before bed since it is a “milk” protein and is slow digesting. Although I think it has a whey blend in it also, not sure.

I just got some Monster milk claims 50 grams protein per serving it’s from the same people that made muscle milk 9grams total fat but it does have 3 grams saturated fat still is good stuff should look into it.

LOL lll no its not bad for you. I mean as long as your not drinking 900 grams of protein a day and your just “supplementing” protein it is absolutely fine. Supplementing means your not relying on protein shakes as your main source of protein, you should just drink a couple shakes a day between meals or after you workout. Protein is just food, how can it be bad? Just don’t drink/eat more than 2g per pound of bodyweight and you will be fine man.
