It’s better to rest …
It’s better to rest as little as possible. Try not to rest more than a minute. The only reason you should rest 2-3 min is when you lift really heavy and do a lot of reps.

How important are …
How important are the rest periods between sets? If i rest passed 30 or 45 seconds will i be cheaping myself?
Some days I find myself resting longer than a minute between set… Is that wrong?
