It’s great to drop … It’s great to drop weight you say..but how about putting on mass? Would you do supersets once a week to help, or not do them at all to bulk up?
man this is an … man this is an excellent vid homie its almost like u didnt even noe tha camera waz dere u waz just doin ya owt thang .. i want a body like yours.. just one tip for me should i do bulking excersises lifting heavy weights all tha time and no toning or iz toning included ? thankz keep it up homie
Try doing at least … Try doing at least 3 exercise for each major muscle group (Back, Arms, Chest, Legs), for 3 sets and 8-12 repetition for failure at good form and this should help……….
hi, im just … hi, im just starting to workout at the gym and am having some trouble. Im training for football but i cant seem to get stronger. WHat do you need to build muscle (protein, calories, carbs?)
It is good to do a … It is good to do a few different kind training to intensify your workout.
Super setting is only one kind where you work 2 opposing muscle like Triceps/bicep for one set each without break then repeat the process.
You can try super sets as soon as you like though some believe it is for advance bodybuilders….
do i have to … do i have to develop my muscles to a certain point till i can start doing supersets or can i do them straight away. and whats the differences between supersets and other methods.
could you plz get back to me on that. cus i wanna build muscle but also look ripped and cut.
