    Try doing at least 3 exercise for each major muscle group (Back, Arms, Chest, Legs), for 3 sets and 8-12 repetition for failure at good form and this should help……….

    It is good to do a …
    It is good to do a few different kind training to intensify your workout.
    Super setting is only one kind where you work 2 opposing muscle like Triceps/bicep for one set each without break then repeat the process.
    You can try super sets as soon as you like though some believe it is for advance bodybuilders….
