    15 sets of 10 would hugely overtrain your biceps. If you can manage 15 sets, the weight won’t be heavy enough for it to stimulate the muscles. Do what this trainer says, he knows what he’s talking about. You may think building muscle, is about lifting as much & as many as you can, when sometimes it requires lifting what may seem very light weights to get results. Try another technique, hope you improve anyway :)

    and…u should do like 10sets or 15-20 rounds and…after each set u should do 20 push ups so after u’ve done three sets or each u can rest a little bit

    i am 16 and i’ve worked out like 4 months and i can see a big result, i got my abs and my arms… biggger and STRONGER
    i arm wrestled many people before and i lost most of them but now i beat them all :) its just a matter or time and how much you are doing

    Ok then its all the more impressive… I always did weights the way you do it… Slow and concentrate on the mucle not reps and saw good gains but I never changed my diet it was always crappy food, any chance you have a diet plan you could suggest or send me?
