Not only sports, I feel much more confident in my own body, I feel much more active, and I&#039;ve embraced a life of vitality and nutrition. I havent had any forms of fast food in a year and a half. 		<description>&lt;b&gt;ive worked out off ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; ive worked out off and on for a couple years but my triceps are ripped man, i got them ripped f diamond push ups, 500 a day in sets of 10 at first, then 15, then 20, then 25. victor, after doing this workout ive felt the diffrence from other tricep workouts, similar, but this is a step up definitly. im glad i watched this video. its made my workout mroe enjoyable, and fufilling thanks</description>
