You know, enough ...
You know, enough with the form bullshit. There are many ways to train. Just because you just got your personal trainer's license doesn't mean you know all there is to know. He's completing a ing circuit for his arms, and given the weight and amount of reps, a little body english isn't a bad thing. It won't take away from the ultimate goal so all the experts out there, post your videos and we'll see your perfect technique there.

strict form is not ...
strict form is not always the way to go. Ballistic motions work the muscle differently and can put on muscle by working the the muscle fibers more responsible for explosive strength. Strict form is good in its own respect, but ballistic motions have their place in the gym as well, regardless of what muscle you are training

If it works for ...
If it works for Johnnie -- and OBVIOUSLY it does -- and he LIKES to train that way -- what difference does it make and why would you care?

well come on, he's ...
well come on, he's swinging about all over the place rather then keeping a strict form, he could isolate his biceps alot better with his back straight and elbows tucked in, you'd be stupid to disagree
