That V-shape you are talking about comes from the your lats and your shoulders being as developed as possible. Concentrate on wide grip pull-ups for the shoulders and lateral raises for the delts.Form and complete focus is very important. musclemaximization(dot)com

yo mike its me again, happy to tell ya that ive went from 24 percent body fat to 8 percent =]
i jus got a question, i now have a six pack, and its nice, but 1. u kno the V? how do i get that better? and number 2. if u go to google images and type in “six pack abs” there is this guy 2nd page 2 row down the last picture to the right, hes got big abs, how do i get them that big? alot of protein and workin them out alot??

Watch your lower …
Watch your lower back when doing abs with legs extended. try doing some lower back exercises like back extentions first off the floor then move up to the hyper extention bench. Keep it stretched really well after the exercises are complete.
