No don’t use a belt …
No don’t use a belt and do not do them seated. A standing press works your legs and stabilizer muscles much more. Use dumbells to vary the exercise and to work the stabilizers more. Alos don’t use this guys videos as a guide. Look at his chest and gut FFS. He does no leg work evidently. This guy is curls, curls and more curls.
