well actualy its depending on wut u do…i havent herd of anything interfeering with the d***,…unless maybe u like curling dumbbells with that part then it should be fine…and if u lift dumbells and weight over your head while yur sitting up or standing down then it will slow down or even stop yur growth.stuff like bicep curls and bench presses and chin ups and pushups are great to begin with since they dont effect yur growing

a few easy push-ups do aid in recovery after a chest workout because they are low impact but still increase nutrient and blood flow to the muscle when it needs it the most; during recovery.

no.the only way growth may be affected is if you are very young and doing too much…..and even that is not a definite!as for the d***……testosterone levels would almost certainly be higher in a fit male,and that is only gonna benefit in the bedroom!!!

some good basic …
some good basic exercises-bench press(flat,incline,decline),squats and deadlifts.these are known as compound exercises as they involve multiple muscles,but i would suggest getting help from a knowledgable or trained person as regards correct form.then you can look at some isolation exercises ie dumbell curls,flyes etc.i also recommend military presses for shoulder and pull ups for back.there are loads of exercises and variations but i think having an understanding of big compuond lifts is best.

Monday : Pumping 15-20, 4 sets, abs exercise 10 times, 4 sets.
Tuesday : Forearm curl and forearm reverse curl 20 times, 4 sets.
Wednesday : Rest
Thursday : Pumping 15-20, 4 sets. Abs exercise 10 times, 4 sets.
Friday : Forearm curl and forearm reverse curl 20 times, 4 sets.
Saturday : Rest
Is this okay?

ok for beginners …
ok for beginners but when you get a solid foundation you should do more challenging excercises for the forearms. They are hard gainer muscles.

lol, i guess there are as many different training ideals in the world as there are people that train. What you just said is complete blasphemy in my mind. STRAPLESS Deadlifts are good for a certain aspect of grip training but far from enough if you want to be strong. I really go all out for hand, grip and forearm strength because big arms, big back and chest is nothing with a puny girl grip. NO one should ever need straps for deadlift sets(<800lbs). Look up grip training and nail bending guys.
