    From what i understand. Hammer curls give you a thicker bicep?
    like when i stand in front of the mirror facing forwards… my biceps look kind of thin to me in width from a front view. say when i stand to the side they look good and strong. And i want that thickness or width in the bicep from a front view. are hammer curls the way to go? because all im seeing in regular curls are just the height of the bicep if you get what i mean. help?

    Listen, working out doesnt stun your growth, it was a myth from a study they performed on bodybuilders/people that were working out back in the 1980s when steroids were the new popular muscle gainer, the steroids cause some peoples joints to fuse to the bones not letting proper develpoment, weight lifting does not stun growth

    I do preacher curls …
    I do preacher curls regularly but without a bench, I simply use a chair which I lean back…I hope it’s as effective as a bench, I try not to swing my arms
