		<description>&lt;b&gt;are ez bar reverse ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; are ez bar reverse curls and hammer curls mass builders, (i know they add thickness to biceps) even though they&#039;re not compound, from your experience?
I dont use too much weight on ez bar reverses, but hammers i do 40-60lbs.</description>
