If your interested check out musclemaximization(dot)com.I have a new e-book coming out that focuses on everthing from mass and strength training to isolation and all the other ingredients that need to be in place to remain progressive with your training.

For any type of pressing movemnet you need to approach the bar with a comfortable grip, one that’s natural to you. That’s not only the most efficient for you but also much safer.

For a change of pace try a bicep ,tricep routine on the same day. I love the pump I get when I do it. But it’s a little more efficient if you combine biceps with back and triceps with other pushing movements.

It’s more of a functional exercise , meaning it will help with the functional aspects of your wrist and forearms. Not really a strength or mass builder .
