    double split is very hard to recover from if your not juicing
    if your recovery isn’t complete you’ll go backwards

    Bad 2 workouts a day is very bad..
    Should only have 1 for 60-70 min and 3 – 4 x a week to let your muscles recover otherwise youre wasting your time.
