What is a good boy bulding work out?

O.K. ѕο i hаνе a bench-press wіth 4 15Lb., 2 8Lb , 4 7.5Lb. ,4 3Lb. аnd 4 2.5Lb. weights. аnd one dumbbell. i Jυѕt рυt іn a pull-up bar іn аnd i want tο build mу upper body аnd abs. аnу thing y’аll рυt up іѕ greatly appreciated. thanks fοr уουr time .

    Pull ups are the absolute best upper body exercise, focus mainly on those. Really all you need are bench press and pull ups right now. And squats.

    Try out this pull-up pyramid: You start off doing one rep, rest ten seconds then do 2 reps. Then rest ten seconds again and do one more rep than you did the last time (so 3) and keep doing this until you can’t do the required amount of reps anymore and rest a couple minutes. Do three sets of this pyramid.

    Also make sure you’re doing REAL pull-ups. Meaning, you lower yourself down ALL THE WAY and your chin goes above the bar on the each rep. Make sure you are lowering yourself down in a controlled manner and at the same speed you pulled yourself up. And that you aren’t swinging your legs or anything.
