		<description>&lt;b&gt;I have problems ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I have problems removing my stomach fat, I can grab a whole fist of fat there, and If I try to loose it by eating less calories than I use, I loose fat, but I also seem to loose every muscle in my body, becoming real skinny and total opposite of what I want, I loose the energy I need to work out.</description>

However if u are trying to get big, try loading your body with protien(P drinks,chicken,can tune etc.) and work out with heavier weights. But within reason of your capabilities. Dont go to heavy and hurt yourself. Do sets of 12-10-8-6 and maybe a last set of 20 with lighter weight.</description>
