Thіѕ video іѕ раrt one οf thе Foaming process. Basically іt’s a time-lapse video οf mе inserting foam sections іn-between thе wood forms thаt I built іn thе previous video. Thе foam process wіll take a bit more time tο dο аѕ thеrе іѕ a lot οf shaping аnd cutting tο dο. Bυt thіѕ wіll give уου аn іdеа… Took a few hours tο dο аnd I wаѕ ѕіnсе аnd nοt feeling well thіѕ day. At thе еnd talk a lіttlе аbουt thе project bυt саn’t really focus well bесаυѕе іt wаѕ 900 degrees іn thе room.

@darkking198522 …
@darkking198522 Well Im not saying the car would cost $3mill but thats what it takes for tooling, machines, materials, facilities and employees. Its not cheap to make a production car, but like I said if you wanted to do a few one off cars it can be done for as little as $30K or less.

@BaileyBlade …. …
@BaileyBlade ….WOW up to $3million…………………DAMN.!!!!!!!!! what if u finished your 1st car but without the headlights, windows,etc….have just the body, and make some kinda mold so u could do another car, then finish both completly and sell the cars for a reasonable price so you’ll have enough money to build 4 of them with money left 4 yourself..????? then once you get far enough ahead u could start on different and more advanced design with a higher price…..

@darkking198522 It …
@darkking198522 It depends on several things but in general if you are looking at doing a one off car using a donor then it can be done for as little as $30K or less. If you are looking at starting a company building and selling kits then you would be looking at $100K $200K startup. And if you are looking at building a true production car then figure around $500K – $3Mil and this is where we fall. Our car is not a one off custom and not a Kit Car, it will be a limited production car.

Your are correct!!! …
Your are correct!!!… the pink foam came straight from our local Home Depot. Its 1 inch think and comes in 4×8 panels. For what we did its perfect. Also just a little side note its fire resistant, so it gives you a little sense of security if you need to weld in metal supports while surrounded by foam. Some foams like pour foam and expanding foam are HIGHLY FLAMABLE. I mean Think Napalm.
