		<description>Creatine may work for you depending on your workout and goals.  I suggest a standard whey protein powder for a post-workout milkshake, if you have trouble getting enough protein from your diet.  

Just about anything else isn&#039;t really going to be worth it.  Never believe the junk &quot;science&quot; behind any supplement claim; they design their experiments around the results they want, not the other way around.  A lot of people will tell you they&#039;ve had luck with one product or another, but for the most part they haven&#039;t actually approached it scientifically and don&#039;t know whether the product was doing anything or not.

If you want to test things, start your workout with no supplements at all, and then add one at a time 6-8 weeks apart to judge whether you&#039;re actually getting any results beyond what you were getting without them.  Since most of the stuff sold as bodybuilding supplements is complete junk you&#039;ll find most of it doesn&#039;t do much for you.
