    whats the best supplement product to use for weight gain and body building?
    I was looking around and have seen all these different products but I don't really want to get ripped off, or have it not work.

    Any of you know of any products that have worked?

    If your planning to gain weight and keep it try cyto gainer. It works fine.

    If you want to gain better results in the gym try some creatine (CEE is a good kind)

    Creatine may work for you depending on your workout and goals. I suggest a standard whey protein powder for a post-workout milkshake, if you have trouble getting enough protein from your diet.

    Just about anything else isn't really going to be worth it. Never believe the junk "science" behind any supplement claim; they design their experiments around the results they want, not the other way around. A lot of people will tell you they've had luck with one product or another, but for the most part they haven't actually approached it scientifically and don't know whether the product was doing anything or not.

    If you want to test things, start your workout with no supplements at all, and then add one at a time 6-8 weeks apart to judge whether you're actually getting any results beyond what you were getting without them. Since most of the stuff sold as bodybuilding supplements is complete junk you'll find most of it doesn't do much for you.

    Your best bet is to follow a good workout plan strictly and watch your diet. It's also the cheapest way to do it, too…
