		<description>Ok so you want to put on muscle or you want to diet.  I don&#039;t understand your goal here.  First you sound like you want to gain weight yet you say you&#039;re dieting at the end.

Either eat enough calories everyday and workout with a proven routine and gain weight easy as that.  focus on eating protein, complex carbs and good fats/veggies at the end of the day.
