what’s the difference between lifting weights the normal way or the professional body building way?

I use to train with a trainer eight years ago and I quit after a while because of personal issues. I started lifting again today and I’m using the same trainer that I had 10 years ago. Since we know each other he said that he is not giving me a regular training session but a professional body building session to help me build up a lot of muscles faster. So my question is what’s the difference between the normal way of building muscles compared to the way professionals use to lift weights?

The main difference is steroids use. There are ways you can properly use steroids that give you huge results without harmful side effects. It’s very expensive and very complicated thats where your “professional body building trainer” comes in. For normal weight lifting there is really no difference between regular training session and professional body building session. As long as your form is always correct the amount of work you put in is equal to the amount of results.

What body building supplements should I get?

I’ve been working out, running, lifting weights, etc. etc. etc. a whole lot and I am looking into buying some body building supplements cuz I want to get ripped. Any tips or suggestions as to what I should get? No steroids or Hgh.

Pure whey protein is good as protein helps a lot in building muscles. Optimum 100% Whey Protein is great. I used to take it, but now I take NO-Xplode (pre-workout) and AST Multi Pro 32X (multi-vitamins) along with some others containing high in fiber and joint supports (not necessarily supplements).

Should I workout the days just before my Natural Bodybuilding Competition?

I need to know if I should workout just before my All Natural Bodybuilding Competition??? does it help at all…..Also How should me diet change the few weeks before my competition….Im on a great muscle building diet now….but how should it change to make me go from my 6% BF now to 3% at competition???

I use many different way to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing way. It works fast and I lost my weight fast after I got right way. Muscle Building Workout For Bigger, Rounder Shoulder

This is a shoulder workout that myself and Lee Hayward did while we were on vacation down in Las Vegas.

Workout Summary:
Exercise 1: Standing Arnold Presses
Exercise 2: Standing W Presses
Exercise 3: Upright Rows
Exercise 4: Bent Over V Raises
Exercise 5: Standing High Lateral Raises

“Don’t count reps on this workout”
Find a weight you can handle 10-15 times and take each set to failure
Rotate through each exercise without any rest
Repeat circuit 2-5 times with 2 minute rest between each complete circuit
